- Mixed-use residential (apartments + store or office)
- Each unit should be more than 400 sq. ft.

- Type: LLC, LP, S Corp, C Corp
- Credit: Minium 660 FICO scores
- Credit History: 4 years from discharge date for Foreclosure, Chapter 7 BK; 2 years for Chapter 13
